Pictures on request
The photographer has copyright, as the owner and creator, despite whether the picture has been made on request or order. All pictures will stay property of the photographer. You buy the right of usage for private use and presentation in personal area. Digitalisation of prints or duplication of digitals, for usage of any kind, is forbidden, unless permission is being given by the photographer.
Copyright provides the photographer the exclusive right to exploid his/her work. The photographer has the right to expose his or her pictures in a personal style to promote his or her work and for commercial purposes. Copyright provides the photographer also moral rights like the right to use his or her name.

Portrait
Animals do not have portrait rights, humans do. Pictures from you, your family or your children made during the shootings may only be used by the photographer when you provide your permission.

Digital data
Pictures can be provided digital in high resolution. In this way expensive costs for reproductions and prints are excluded. By providing data on disk or by e-mail, the photographer holds the copyright.

As a lot of people nowadays own a website, or want to have pictures especially for their website, a series of pictures with a signature will be provided, for usage on websites. These signatured pictures may be used in this form, without any changes except for resizing,
presenting © Gina van der Ende , or © www.ginavanderende.com . Another series will be provided without signature for private usage. When pictures are presented or published only by the same photographer, in this case Gina van der Ende, it is sufficient to only mention the photographer’s name once on the same page, so the pictures without signature can be used then.
When pictures are presented or published by more photographers than only Gina van der Ende, usage of the pictures with signature is useful, or mentioning in a clear way, which picture belongs to whom.
Any other form of publication is forbidden.

For private usage it is not necessary to handle according to the above statements, when the purposes are non-commercial. For commercial usage or pictures from storage a permission and/or amount can be discussed for usage.
